We prefer to have you take an appointment, to enable our team to serve you better. The total time spent would be about 1.5 hours. Our team will complete a detailed examination, including tests on many instruments, to complete diagnosis, plan your treatment and schedule a possible surgery if required.
Step 1. On arriving, you would be asked for your personal details and data of your referring Physician or doctor.
Step 2. Your preliminary details ( history ) is taken by qualified Optometrists, staff or associate doctors. It is always to your benefit to disclose all medical history, including surgeries and medication ,as well as allergies if any. Initial examination and testing for spectacle nos. is also done.
Step 3. Examination by a doctor to make a preliminary diagnosis.
Step 4. Tests on diagnostic state-of-the-art instruments are performed by trained technicians. An estimate of the expense is also given at this stage.
Step 5. Eye drops may be put in your eyes, before further tests. If allergic to drops do let the assistant know.
Step 6. Doctor will review you with all the tests done. Treatment is suggested and a prescription can be collected at the reception, after payment of due charges.
Step 7. If a surgery has been advised, our trained counselor will explain all the details, different options, the costs, related instructions, and will schedule the date for the same. We request you to come with sufficient time, to enable us to do a detailed examination and give you our best services.
To avoid crowding and congestion, we request you to be accompanied, by only one attendant. Our efforts are to minimize your stay at the clinic and be on time, however, there are few emergencies, that can cause a delay.
